Refund and Cancellation Policy

What this policy covers

AliTok is operated by WELLMAN STORES LLC, doing business as AliTok. This policy covers AliTok software subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It does not change the terms of historical purchases through other payment providers or cover merchandise purchased from merchants using AliTok.

Paddle purchases are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. The policy applicable when you transact governs that purchase.

Refund eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of a transaction; requesting a refund does not guarantee approval. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights for defective or misdescribed products, remain unaffected. Regional withdrawal rules and exceptions, including those concerning trials and renewals, are detailed in Paddle’s linked policy.

Request a refund or report a problem

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support to request a refund or exercise withdrawal rights. For technical problems, contact AliTok first; unresolved issues can be escalated to Paddle.

When contacting AliTok, include your account email, payment reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send your full card number, security code, password, or identity documents.

Cancel a subscription

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, Paddle buyer support, or the available Paddle billing-management option in your AliTok workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Cancel before a payment-method trial ends to avoid its first charge. Cancellation does not itself refund an earlier payment.

Approved refunds and your rights

Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval. Statutory withdrawals follow their applicable deadlines. A refund ends access associated with the refunded purchase. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights or Paddle’s obligations under its Buyer Terms.
